Shipping and Handling

When will my order ship?
Right now, orders are shipped out bi-weekly. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 1 week please reach out to me. Please note, preorders will ship when they are able to be fulfilled, all preorders will have an estimated fulfillment date in the listing.

How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking sent to the email provided with your order if it is available to your country.

What kind of packaging do you use?
In order to keep my shop footprint as small as possible, I will reuse mailers, packing materials, and boxes from my own personal mail to send out packages. I do quality check my shipping materials and if something has been damaged or is unusable I will recycle it locally instead. So if it looks like your package has been opened before don't worry, it was most likely just me!

Are there any countries you don't ship to?
Due to UK changes to VAT requirements I will no longer be accepting orders from the UK here on my website. Please visit my etsy shop if you would like to make a purchase and will have it shipped to the UK. If an order is placed on this site with a UK shipping address it will be refunded and I'll email a referral to my etsy.

What if my package is lost in transit?
First, check your tracking number. If the USPS tracking shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, contact them directly to open a ticket with your local postmaster. I am not responsible for missing packages and will not issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

What if my package arrives and has been damaged in transit?
Please send me a photograph, date received and a description of the damage to the item. Damaged items will be replaced if they are not able to be repaired, subject to my discretion and on hand stock.

Can I exchange, cancel or change the address of my order?
Yes! As long as your order has not shipped yet, simply reach out to me and I will make the necessary changes for you. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be modified. All sales of shipped orders are final, unless the item is somehow damaged in transit.(See above)



What are preorders?
Preorders are orders placed in advance for items not yet released. Listings for preorders will show estimated fulfillment date as well as preorder item details and measurements.

When will my preorders ship?
All preorders have a listed estimated fulfillment date. This date is based on approximate preorder run time, production time and/or fulfillment time. Most up to date preorder information can be found via Instagram or through my email list.

Can I cancel my Preorder?
Yes, preorders can be cancelled as long as they have not shipped yet! Please contact me directly with your order number, date order was placed, and reason for cancellation, I will assist you with your order.


Limited Edition (LE) Items and Variants

What is LE? What is OE?
LE stands for Limited Edition, these items are made in small quantities for a specific time or number in a run. Once this time period or number is reached, no more of this item in this color will be made again.
OE stands for Open Edition. These items will be restocked and remade if they sell out. Most items in this shop are Open Edition. However, OE items may be retired or discontinued if they do not sell well or if there is not enough interest in the item.

What is a Variant?
Variants are alternate colorways or materials for existing items. For example, seasonal heart designs will have one OE variant and at least one LE variant. These can vary in colors used, effects used, materials, etc.

What if the LE item I want sells out?
Items sold in store as LE for a period of time or limited run will not be restocked and after the LE items are sold or the period through with the LE item was available has passed, these items will only be available in person at conventions or other artist alleys I'm vending. B grade LE items will be available in B grade mystery bags, but as these bags are random and the LE items are limited quantity, I cannot guarantee you will get an LE item in your mystery bag.

The variant I want is not available for purchase, and has been displayed as "vaulted", what does this mean?
Seasonal Variants in this shop are only available during the season of release. For example the Limited Edition variant of a Summer pin will only be available during summer, and so on. Once the season ends, the Seasonal Limited Edition variant will be put into The Vault, and will not be available again until The Vault is open for a limited time. Seasonal LE items will have a max limit of 250 per variant, after which they will be discontinued permanently. The first 100 Seasonal LE pins made will have the standard year backstamp on them, and the remaining 150 will be numbered. What items do you offer wholesale?
Most items offered in my shop are available for wholesale. All blanks and open edition pins are available in quantities of 10+ with collaborative engravings offered at quantities of 50+.

How do I place a wholesale order?
All wholesale orders are finalized via email. Please allow 48 hours for a reply, as my inbox does tend to get flooded during certain times of year. For any wholesale inquiries, please Email here.

How do I pay for my wholesale order?
Wholesale orders are processed as a custom listing in my shop to allow for proper tax and shipping. All wholesale details are finalized via email before custom listings are up.
